Opening non-iBike files with iBike software

I have a client who uses a PowerTap meter and sometimes when I jsut want to take a quick look at a particular workout it would be more convenient for me to just open one of her files up with the iBike software. However, even though they're also Excel CSV files I'm not able to open the PowerTap files with the iBike software. The error message I get says that the files don't have an iBike header. Any suggestions on how to open these files? Thanks.
